MsMoyesyside. You are indeed a legend and a Funkateer. Been very impressed with your taste in music. Not sure if you're into Acid Jazz (I don't think it was called that back then) but here's a little RAMP for you.
and of course Apollona 6

Why thank you kind sir! That tune by Ramp is a bit mellow for me, not really into the jazz fusion stuff. In quieter moments there's always Prince and Al Green
Anyway, I better stop posting videos - I think I'm slowing the board up, or maybe its just this crappy laptop
Gawd help us when Dave gets started with his Floyd stuff hee hee

This is my favourite ever track, by anyone, ever. I met Liz Fraser one night at a Roddy Frame acoustic gig, and I was wearing a Cocteau Twins t-shirt, very embarrassing, but she was the most delightful, fragile and sweet person you could meet. I have a soft spot for a scottish accent anway and her whispy voice had me melting , I asked her about Cico Buff and it's importance to her, looking back her and band member (and husband) Robin Guthrie were going through a really bad patch after the birth of their first child, eventually splitting up. Sad tale.
I was on a first date with a brand new girlfriend which added to the entire night as well strangely as her and Liz spoke at length of the pressures of losing virginity in London
Track is just so emotional. Google the words and see if you can follow

For one horrible moment, looking at the still before I clicked to play .... it looked like Rick Astley
Beautiful song although it does irritate me slightly that I cant tell what she's saying without Googling!

Speaking of Scots, I used to love this band back in the 80s
This song reminds me of when I worked in a pub in Earls Court
And this one for when I was feeling maudlin
